These Terms of Sale govern paid ephemeral domain presence services within the game. The game remains free for players.

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "ToS") govern exclusively the contractual relationship between the Seller and any Client wishing to acquire an ephemeral domain presence within the NetKingdoms game (hereinafter "the Service").
Placing an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these ToS. These ToS take precedence over any Client document, including the Client's own general purchasing conditions.
The Service consists of integrating the Client's internet domain as an ephemeral territory in the NetKingdoms game for one or more consecutive seasons. An ephemeral territory generates a ×5 point multiplier for players who visit it.
The Service does not constitute a promise of guaranteed traffic. The Client acquires a presence within the game, visible to all players on the interactive map. Whether players choose to visit the domain is entirely at their discretion.

The final price is that stated in the customised commercial proposal sent to the Client.
The Client initiates their request via the contact form available at /partner.
The Seller manually reviews each request and reserves the right to refuse any request without explanation, in particular if the domain is associated with unlawful content, content contrary to public morality, or the project's editorial values. In the event of refusal following payment, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days.
If the request is accepted, the Seller sends an individualised proposal via a unique secure link (/partner/devis/<token>), specifying the domain, package, price inclusive of VAT, and validity period.
The contract is formed upon online acceptance of the commercial proposal, followed by full payment via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent to both parties.
Payment is made online, in a single instalment, via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). The Service is a one-off purchase — no subscription, no automatic renewal.
Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Seller retains no banking data.
If payment is not made within the time limit specified, the commercial proposal is cancelled and the provisionally reserved ephemeral slot is released.
Each season accommodates a maximum of twenty (20) ephemeral domains. The Seller does not guarantee a specific activation date. If the current season is full, the domain will be integrated in the following season, without constituting a contractual breach.
Successive statuses: new → pending_payment → paid → active → expired. The Client is notified by email upon effective activation.
The duration runs from the effective activation date within the game. The indicative duration of a season is approximately six (6) weeks, without any guarantee of exact duration.
To integrate the domain as an ephemeral territory for the duration of the package, as soon as a slot becomes available; to notify the Client of activation and expiry.
To ensure control of the domain provided; not to use the Service for unlawful purposes; to inform the Seller of any substantial change to the domain's content during the Service period.
The Seller will issue an invoice compliant with French tax obligations (Art. 289 CGI) for each Service. Stripe receipts do not substitute for a proper invoice.
No statutory right of withdrawal applies to professionals (Art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code is reserved for consumers).
A consumer client has a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from contract formation. Request by email to jmcfunonline@gmail.com. Refund within 14 days.
Exception: if the Service has been fully performed before the deadline expires, the right of withdrawal is forfeited (Art. L.221-28, 1° of the French Consumer Code).
The Seller may remove an ephemeral domain if its content becomes contrary to editorial conditions after activation. Refund on a pro-rata basis.
Several competing domains may coexist within the same season without this constituting a breach of these ToS.
The Seller is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Liability may only be incurred in the event of proven fault. In any event, it is limited to the amount actually received for the order in question.
The Client's personal data (name, email, domain) are collected on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and retained for 10 years (accounting obligations). The Client has the rights referred to in Article 7.4 of the Terms of Use.
These ToS are governed by French law (Civil Code, Commercial Code, Consumer Code).
In the event of a dispute, the Client contacts the Seller at jmcfunonline@gmail.com for amicable resolution.
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer mediation scheme will be designated prior to any actual payment by consumer clients.
