NetKingdoms is an online strategy game (passive MMO) accessible:
The game allows each player to "capture" internet domain names for their faction, represented on an interactive 3D map. Capture occurs when a connected player visits a website for a minimum of 12 seconds.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") govern access to and use of the NetKingdoms service, including the website, browser extensions, and all associated features (hereinafter, collectively, the "Service").
Access to the Service and account creation imply full acceptance of these ToU. Installation of the browser extension additionally requires explicit and separate consent regarding the collection of browsing data, as described in Article 7.
Any use of the Service without prior acceptance of the ToU is prohibited.
The publisher reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification by email or notification within the Service. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated ToU.
Access to the Service is reserved for persons aged at least 16 years old. In accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR, processing personal data of minors under 16 requires prior consent from those holding parental authority.
By creating an account, the user certifies being at least 16 years old or, if aged 13 to 15, having obtained prior consent from their legal representative.

Only one account is allowed per natural person. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these ToU.
The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any unauthorised use must be reported immediately to: jmcfunonline@gmail.com.
NetKingdoms is an entirely free game. There are no in-game purchases, subscriptions, or paid premium currency.

These currencies have no real monetary value. They cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged, or refunded. Only Ether accumulates across seasons; Flux resets each season.
A territory corresponds to an internet domain name. The publisher does not guarantee ownership of any territory to any player or faction.
The Service offers three factions: Fondeurs, Spectres, and Nomades. The faction choice is final and irrevocable once made.
Seasons last approximately six (6) weeks. The publisher reserves the right to modify season duration, rules, and events without notice. Season scores reset at the end of each season.
NetKingdoms is currently in a pre-launch phase (Season 0). The publisher may make substantial modifications, service interruptions, or data resets without notice or compensation.

All elements of the Service — source code, graphics, texts, trademarks, map structure, game mechanics — are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction or exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
The aggregated data forming the game map constitutes a protected database under European Directive 96/9/EC. The publisher holds exclusive rights of extraction and reuse.
Content created by users (clan names, descriptions, custom ranks) remains the property of their authors. Users grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content within the Service.

b) Browsing Data — Browser Extension ⚠️
The extension collects only: the domain name (e.g. github.com), visit timestamp, time spent, and session identifier.
Not collected: full URLs, page content, form data, passwords, data from non-logged-in users.
Exclusive purpose: game mechanics. Browsing data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
c) Game Data: season score, virtual currencies, faction, clan, badges, titles — retained for the account's lifetime.
Data is hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH servers (Germany, EU). B2B payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Stripe Privacy Policy).
Under the GDPR: right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent at any time.

Only the HTTP-only JWT authentication cookie is used, exempt from consent requirements. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are deployed.
The Service is provided as-is, without guarantee of continuous availability. During Season 0, the publisher may interrupt, modify, or reset the Service without notice or compensation.
The publisher may modify game features, rules, season duration, and balance at any time without this constituting a breach of these ToU.
The publisher shall not be liable for loss of game data, indirect damages, or the conduct of other users. The publisher's liability is capped at one symbolic euro (€1.00) per player.
The publisher is exempt from liability in the event of force majeure: natural disasters, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, governmental decisions.
These ToU are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in other EU Member States.
